Just a Little Weird

I have a strange daughter. I love her. She is amazing. But, she has some very weird quirks. For her, things have to be done a certain way and arranged a certain way. If she sees something tipped over (bikes, shopping carts, etc.) she gets very, very concerned, sometimes to the point of distressed tears; if things are not arranged just right exactly where they go, she gets very upset; if something does not do what she wants it to do, she gets very frustrated. (Yes, many of you, especially my family, are laughing because that kinda sounds like me...) On this particular night, she wanted her bath towel to stay wrapped around her after she was dried off. I kept tucking it in and it kept coming open and she was getting more and more upset that she couldn't get it to stay. She was thrilled though when Travis brilliantly solved the problem by wrapping a belt around her middle. Unfortunately, it worked too well - after taking some pictures we had another fit to deal with when she didn't want to take it off to get ready for bed!
